1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date their order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

• Item remains unused and in resalable condition

• Original packaging is included

• All accessories, manuals, and components are present

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided

Products that show signs of use, modification, installation damage, or misuse may not qualify for return approval.


2. Requesting a Return

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.


3. Return Authorization Requirement

Returns must be authorized by Fainobles™ before being shipped.

Packages returned without prior approval may be refused and returned to the sender.

Please do not send products back until you have received confirmation and instructions from our support team.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect products before shipment; however, occasional issues may occur during transit.

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• A defective item

• An incorrect item

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Include clear photographs showing the issue and your order number.

After review, we will work quickly to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or alternative solution.


5. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Personalized or customized products

• Clearance or final-sale items

• Gift cards

• Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification

• Items returned without original packaging when packaging is required for resale

Shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.


6. Product Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend:

  1. Requesting a return for the original product (if eligible)
  2. Placing a new order for the desired replacement product

This allows faster processing and inventory availability.


7. European Union Consumer Rights

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers may have additional consumer protections under applicable law.

EU customers may cancel or return eligible purchases within 14 days of delivery without providing a specific reason.

Returned products must:

• Be unused

• Remain in original condition

• Include original packaging and accessories

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

This statutory right applies in addition to the standard return policy where required by law.


8. Refund Processing

After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days

• Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund

Depending on your bank or payment provider, posting times may vary.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but you have not received the funds:

  1. Verify your bank account or card statement
  2. Contact your financial institution
  3. Allow additional processing time from your payment provider

10. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The product arrived damaged

• The wrong item was shipped

• The item was defective upon arrival

Return shipping instructions will be provided after your return request has been approved.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
