Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.


2. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $5.99

Shipping fees are calculated per order and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Occasionally, promotional events may include free shipping offers, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow:

1–3 Business Days

for tracking updates to become visible after the carrier receives the package.

In some cases, packages may remain in transit while tracking systems update.


5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures established by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for:

Fainobles™ is not responsible for customs-related delays or fees that may occur after a package enters the destination country.


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, changes must be requested quickly.

Once fulfillment has begun, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.


7. Damaged Deliveries

  2. Contact our support team within 72 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and photos.

After review, we will work to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or other resolution.


8. Lost Shipments

If tracking information indicates that your package has been lost during transit, please contact us immediately.

Our support team will investigate with the shipping carrier and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Fainobles™ cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by:

• Missing apartment numbers

• Incomplete recipient information

• Invalid contact details
